Our policy lasts 60 days. after 60 days return windows, receiving the goods,(based on tracking information) we will no longer provide returns and exchanges.
We want you to be satisfied with your Covisn glasses and we stand behind our products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day, worry-free return policy for all products purchased directly through covsin.com.
Return Policy Details
1.This return policy only applies to purchases made on our website (covisn.com)
2.Product should be returned with any accessories that were included with the product . If the item is damaged or incomplete, the returned item may not be accepted or a processing fee may be applied.
3.Late returns may be refused or assessed a processing fee, depending on the circumstances.
4.No refunds or store credits are offered beyond 60 days.
5.All returns must pay for the return shipping by yourself.
6.Prescription glasses are non-refundable – if you’re concerned you may have the wrong lens for your color blindness then please buy non prescription first to test the glasses and then return for a refund and re-order again with your prescription.
How to Make Return
1.Go covisn.com/return submit your request,Repack item carefully including all components. Be sure glasses are in original case and including the packing slip and/or include your order number.
2.Ship glasses in original packaging or other padded box and mail to:

3.Currently, we cannot refund any international shipping, duty taxes, and other shipping or import fees.please use your local postal service to minimize risk of additional charges and delays in refund processing.
4.Once package is received, refunds are normally processed within 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email or text alert stating that your refund has been processed once complete. You will be contacted if there are any issues.
5.A credit should appear on your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

All returns for a refund in this category (Preference / Changed Mind / Misc.) will incur a 4% restocking fee (includes cancellation / refund fee), which will be deducted from your refund.
This is because certain payment providers no longer provide a refund for the percentage-based portion of their processing fee when a refund is issued, and it is instead billed to us.
If your returned item is not in compliance, additional fees will be implemented at our discretion.
All returns for an exchange in this category will incur a 4% restocking fee. Exchanges may not be available at all times due to stock levels. The restocking fee, return shipping cost, and shipping for your new item will be charged in a new invoice-based order.
